FROSTVEIL EMPORIUM - COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. Welcome to Frostveil​

Frostveil Emporium is a space shaped by kindness, creativity, and care. These guidelines ensure a respectful and safe environment for all who interact with our community, whether through our Discord server, support systems, or digital experiences.
Participation in Frostveil implies agreement to follow these guidelines.

2. Expected Behavior​

We ask that all members:

  • Treat others with respect, regardless of rank, role, or background
  • Engage in constructive and inclusive discussions
  • Use appropriate language and avoid spamming
  • Follow channel-specific rules and purposes
  • Report concerns privately through Modmail or a staff member

3. Prohibited Behavior​

The following behaviors are not allowed and may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks
  • Sexual content, excessive profanity, or offensive usernames
  • Impersonation of staff or users
  • Unauthorized advertising, phishing, or scam links
  • Repeated spamming of commands, messages, or emojis
  • Exploiting Frostveil systems or attempting to disrupt services

4. Modmail and Support Etiquette​

When contacting staff via Modmail (direct message to the bot), please:

  • Be patient; responses may take up to 24–48 hours
  • Provide clear and relevant details when reporting issues
  • Avoid spamming the inbox or demanding immediate action
  • Do not abuse the support channel for unrelated topics

Abuse of Modmail may result in temporary restrictions.

5. Staff Authority​

Our staff members are here to help maintain a positive space. Their instructions must be followed.
If you believe a staff action was unjust, you may:

  • Open a respectful Modmail appeal
  • Include context and reasoning

Harassing staff about decisions may lead to further consequences.

6. Snowbliss Member Areas​

Snowbliss-exclusive spaces offer a more reflective, personal atmosphere. Members must:

  • Maintain the tone and values of these quieter spaces
  • Avoid leaking Snowbliss content outside the designated channels
  • Respect that these areas are a privilege, not a right

Loss of Snowbliss membership may revoke access without warning.

7. Consequences of Violations​

We reserve the right to:

  • Issue warnings or timeouts
  • Remove roles or access to features
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend your account

Moderation actions are at the discretion of Frostveil staff.

8. Final Notes​

These guidelines may evolve. Updates will be announced via Discord.
Continued use of Frostveil systems constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
