FROSTVEIL EMPORIUM - COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

1. Ownership of Content​

Unless otherwise stated, all content within Frostveil Emporium — including but not limited to:

  • Custom artwork and illustrations
  • Narrative worldbuilding and lore
  • In-system names, designs, and mechanics
  • Code, systems, and bot functionality
  • Logos, icons, and other branding elements

...are the intellectual property of Frostveil Emporium and its creators.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. User-Generated Content​

By submitting any content to Frostveil (e.g., via support, community events, or contributions), you agree that:

  • You are the rightful owner or have permission to share the content
  • You grant Frostveil a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or distribute the content within the system or community
  • Frostveil will always credit original creators when applicable

3. Fan Art & Community Contributions​

We encourage non-commercial fan creations such as:

  • Fan art, stories, or music
  • Themed Discord layouts or custom emotes
  • Screenshots or content showcasing your Frostveil experience

As long as:

  • It is clearly marked as fan-made or unofficial
  • It does not claim official affiliation or ownership
  • It is not used for profit or monetized

For commercial use or collaborations, please contact us for written permission.

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization within Frostveil Emporium, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the work allegedly infringed
  • A direct link or reference to where the material appears
  • Proof of ownership (e.g., original file, portfolio link, timestamps)

5. DMCA Compliance​

Frostveil Emporium complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Valid DMCA takedown requests will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including content removal and possible user penalties.
Repeat or serious infringers may face account termination or legal action.

6. Policy Changes​

This policy may be updated to reflect new content, changes in law, or evolving community standards.
We will announce updates via Discord or our website.
