FROSTVEIL EMPORIUM - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction​

Welcome to Frostveil Emporium. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Frostveil Emporium ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing, interacting with, or using any part of Frostveil Emporium’s services — including but not limited to our Discord bot, wallet systems, inventory features, digital marketplace, and Snowbliss membership program — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility​

To use Frostveil Emporium, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old or the minimum required age in your jurisdiction.
  • Have a valid Discord account.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

3. User Accounts and Authentication​

Users may create a Frostveil Account to access personalized features.

3.1 Account Creation​

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the system.
  • Access may require authentication via one-time passwords (OTP) and email verification.

3.2 Account Security​

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, PINs, and verification codes.
  • Any suspicious or unauthorized activity must be reported to support immediately.

3.3 Account Management​

Once authenticated, you may:

  • Update your password, PIN, email, or username
  • View or modify your account data
  • Sign out at any time

4. Virtual Wallet & Financial Transactions​

Frostveil provides a virtual currency system known as the Glacielle Wallet, enabling users to manage funds, transfer between users, and create virtual cards.
The official currency is called Shards.

4.1 Wallet Usage​

  • Wallet funds (Shards) are non-redeemable, non-refundable digital points.
  • Shards have no real-world monetary value.

4.2 Transactions​

  • You may top-up Shards via Ko-fi or Saweria. All transactions are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
  • You may transfer Shards to other users. We are not responsible for losses from incorrect recipient IDs.

4.3 Virtual Cards​

  • Users may create a virtual card (with number, expiry, and CVV) for visual and feature access.
  • Card data is for cosmetic and gamified use within Frostveil only.

5. Snowbliss Membership​

Snowbliss is an optional subscription tier offering exclusive benefits.

5.1 Subscription​

  • Membership is managed via Ko-fi.
  • Access is granted upon successful payment and revoked upon expiration or cancellation.

5.2 Benefits​

Subscribers receive a carefully designed experience focused on personalization, early access, and community depth. Benefits include:

  • Snowbliss Badge: A soft ❄️ icon on your account and profile — a subtle sign of your closer place in the frost.
  • Profile Customization: Unlock options to personalize your profile with custom colors, emoji flair, bio, footer note, and banners.
  • Private Member Space: Access to a hidden Discord area for thoughtful discussions, developer conversations, and community insights.
  • The Vault: A special archive of unreleased stories, concepts, artwork, and more.
  • Early Access to Features: Be the first to try upcoming features and help shape them.
  • Priority Access to Items & Merch: Get early access to limited-run items and subtle alerts before others.

These features are aesthetic and communal in nature. They do not offer gameplay advantages, but focus on expression, identity, and support recognition.

5.3 Cancellations​

  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Role removal may be automated or manual upon expiration.

6. Inventory & Marketplace​

6.1 Shop Access​

  • Users may browse, wishlist, or purchase digital items via /shop.
  • Cart and wishlist functionality is user-specific.

6.2 Inventory​

  • Purchased items are stored in your inventory.
  • Item transfers, trading, or duplication are not supported unless explicitly stated.

7. Modmail and Support​

Frostveil provides a support system through direct messaging (Modmail).
By using Modmail, you consent to internal logging of the conversation for moderation.

Abuse of the support system may result in penalties or account action.

8. Acceptable Use Policy​

You may not:

  • Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users or staff.
  • Use automation, bots, or exploits to interact with the service.
  • Attempt to disrupt the bot, infrastructure, or Discord server.
  • Circumvent bans, restrictions, or suspensions.

Violations may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.

9. Suspension and Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate your access to any Frostveil feature for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
  • Legal compliance or enforcement
  • Community safety or integrity

Termination may result in deletion of wallet, inventory, and account data without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property​

All materials, assets, names, systems, and branding are the intellectual property of Frostveil Emporium.
You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability​

We provide our services “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for loss of data, digital goods, funds, access, or opportunities.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Amendments​

These Terms may be modified at any time.
The revised version will be effective upon posting.
Users are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms.

Continued use of Frostveil Emporium constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frostveil Emporium is operated.
