  • Discord ID and Username
  • Email Address (upon verification or account registration)
  • Frostveil ID (internal unique identifier)

2.2 Usage Data​

  • Commands you use and timestamps
  • Inventory contents, purchases, and wishlist data
  • Wallet transactions, balances, and virtual card status
  • Subscription status (Snowbliss membership)

2.3 Authentication & Security​

  • One-Time Passwords (OTP) for verifying account access or resetting sensitive data (e.g., PIN, password)
  • Encrypted or tokenized session data where applicable

2.4 Support Interactions​

  • Messages sent via Modmail (Discord DM)
  • Internal logging for moderation and quality assurance

Note: We do not collect or process payment card details — all payments are handled securely via Ko-fi or Saweria.

3. How We Use Your Data​

Your data may be used to:

  • Operate and personalize your Frostveil experience
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Enable transactions, inventory, and wallet management
  • Communicate support or system updates
  • Provide Snowbliss-specific access and privileges
  • Monitor misuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations

4. Data Sharing​

We do not sell your data.
We only share data when:

  • Required by law, subpoena, or legal request
  • Necessary to operate third-party integrations (e.g., Ko-fi subscription confirmation)
  • Protecting user safety or investigating abuse

All data sharing is minimal, purpose-driven, and aligned with your privacy rights.

5. Data Retention​

  • OTP data is stored temporarily and expires after 10 minutes, but is not deleted immediately. Expired OTPs may remain in the database for internal reference and system audit purposes.
  • Account, inventory, and wallet data are stored as long as your account is active.
  • You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us through support.

6. Data Security​

We implement appropriate measures to protect your data, including:

  • MongoDB-based encrypted data storage
  • Discord-based authentication to reduce exposure
  • Internal audit logs to track changes and access

Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. You use Frostveil at your own risk.

7. User Rights​

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Request correction of incorrect or outdated information
  • Request deletion of your account and related data
  • Withdraw from Snowbliss at any time

You may exercise these rights by contacting our support team.

8. Children's Privacy​

Frostveil Emporium is not directed to children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us to have it removed.

9. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
We will notify users via Discord when significant changes occur.
Continued use of Frostveil Emporium after changes indicates your acceptance.
